How do I recharge the OneBullEX Mastercard?
Users can click "Transfer In" on the OneBullEX Mastercard / My Card page to recharge.
Currently, only transfers from the Funding Account are supported. If your assets are in the Spot Account or other accounts, you need to transfer them to the Funding Account first.

Which currencies are supported for recharging the OneBullEX Mastercard?
Currently, only USDT recharges are supported.
What currency will the funds be in after recharging?
After a successful recharge, the funds will be converted to USD balance in the card.
What is the recharge exchange rate for the OneBullEX Mastercard?
The recharge exchange rate is 1 USDT = 1 USD, with no exchange rate spread.
Is there a fee for recharging the OneBullEX Mastercard?
Yes. The recharge fee is 2%.
How is the recharge fee deducted?
The recharge fee is deducted using the internal deduction method.

VI. Fees and Exchange Rates

Yes. As long as a transaction authorization is initiated, whether successful or failed, a 0.5 USDT authorization fee will be charged each time.
What happens when the card balance is insufficient?
Insufficient balance may cause payment failure. Even if the payment fails, a 0.5 USDT authorization fee will still be charged each time.
What happens if the card is overdrawn?
If multiple failed authorizations cause the card to become overdrawn and reach a certain amount, the card may be frozen. Users will need to repay the overdue amount before the card can be used again.
Are there any other fees besides the authorization fee and transaction fee?
There may be. Third-party payment platforms, merchants, acquiring institutions, or card networks may charge additional fees. Please refer to the actual deduction page and third-party rules for details.
Are the fees charged by third-party platforms collected by OneBullEX Mastercard?
No. Fees are charged by WeChat, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, merchants, acquiring institutions, or card network service providers.
How is the exchange rate calculated for transactions?
The OneBullEX Mastercard settles funds in USD. If the transaction currency is not USD, conversion will be based on international exchange rates, card organization rules, or card network settlement rules.
Why does the transaction amount differ from the actual deducted amount?
Possible reasons include exchange rate conversion, third-party platform or merchant fees, card network settlement differences, pre-authorization amounts, partial refunds, or partial settlements.
VII. Refunds and Disputes
Where will purchase refunds be returned?
Refunds will be returned to the OneBullEX Mastercard balance.
How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
Refund arrival times are typically 7 to 30 business days, subject to merchant processing progress, third-party platform rules, and card network settlement results.
Will the authorization fee be refunded after a purchase refund?
No. The authorization fee incurred at the time of the transaction will not be refunded.
Why might the refund amount differ from the original transaction amount?
Possible reasons include exchange rate differences between the transaction and refund dates, non-refundable third-party fees, card network settlement differences, partial refunds from merchants, or non-refundable service fees.
Is there a dispute fee or chargeback inquiry fee?
There may be. If a transaction enters dispute, chargeback inquiry, or abnormal handling processes, related fees may apply. The current reference fee is 35 USD per case, subject to actual processing results.
