How to get started with the OneBullEx Card

The OneBullEx Card allows you to make payments using both fiat currency and digital assets—securely and conveniently—anytime, anywhere. We offer a OneBullEx virtual card for online payments and a OneBullEx physical card for in-store purchases. This guide explains how to apply for and activate your OneBullEx Card.

How to Apply for a OneBullEx Card

Step 1: Tap "More" → "OneBullEx Card," then tap "Apply Now."

Step 2: Enter your email address and mobile phone number.

Note: The OneBullEx Card is currently available only in select countries and regions. If your country/region of residence is not supported, we will record your interest and notify you when the OneBullEx Card becomes available in your area.

Unsupported countries and regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

Step 3: Proceed with the application after verification.

Confirm and pay the card issuance fee and the initial funding amount.

The card issuance fee is a mandatory cost for opening the account and is not added to the card balance; the initial funding amount is credited in full to your account balance, with no additional transfer fees charged.

Please ensure that you have at least 26 USDT available in your funding account.

Step 4: Tap "Get Code," enter the unique code sent to your email, and confirm.

Step 5: Once the card issuance process is complete, you can start using your card for purchases!

You can view your card number and other details in the card info section.

 

You can now manage your virtual OneBullEx Card on the "My Cards" page.
