Activity parameters (denomination, threshold, validity period etc.) shall be subject to coupon details and activity page display. Interfaces are subject to actual presentation on OBEX App / Web / H5.
30‑Second Quick Start
- Claim coupons (via activity page / reward hub / operator distribution; some coupons may be pre‑claimed).
- Navigate to the contract trading page → coupon entry, or follow the prompt of Available Coupons.
- Select the contract trial fund from the list → activate (check whether activation page shows threshold satisfied).
- Open positions upon successful activation. Deduction & redemption records are available in coupon history (entry from Available Coupons, subject to on‑copy text).
1. What is Contract Trial Fund?
- Successful claim ≠ credited to balance. Activation on contract trading page is required before the fund is added to contract account available balance.
- May serve as position‑opening margin. When real principal is insufficient, it can cover trading fees, negative funding fees and realized losses.
- Non‑withdrawable. Cannot be transferred to spot account as withdrawable balance.
- Deduction logic: Real principal is prioritized; trial fund covers residual deficit. No fixed deduction ratio configured.
2. Difference vs Contract Bonus Fund
| Contract Trial Fund | Contract Bonus Fund | |
|---|---|---|
| Deduction Mechanism | Principal first, trial fund for residual shortfall | Split deduction by predefined coupon ratio |
| Margin Usage | Supported | Follow native bonus rules |
| Upon expiry with open positions / pending orders | Deferred redemption (no forced order cancellation / liquidation) | Forced redemption upon expiry / transfer per bonus rules |
| Concurrent Activation | Cannot activate together with bonus fund | Cannot activate together with trial fund |
Separate documentation applies to bonus fund and sparta coupons. Do not apply this set of rules to them.
3. Detailed Usage Rules
3.1 Claim & Activation
- Obtain coupons via activity page, reward hub (Web) or operator distribution, complete manual claim if required.
- Enter contract trading page, open Available Coupons, select target trial fund and trigger activation.
Activation must meet coupon‑specific threshold requirement.
‑ Validation: On activation confirmation page, check whether Base Available meets threshold (checkbox hint shown if satisfied). If unsatisfied: Deposit real principal into contract account or reduce margin occupation, retry afterwards.
‑ Advanced formula: Base Available ≈ Wallet Balance − Pending Order Freeze − Isolated Margin Occupation − Cross Margin Occupation (exclude unrealized P&L, trial / bonus benefit balance).
‑ Activation is allowed with existing open positions upon threshold compliance. Trial fund will not inject into existing positions.
- Only after activation will the fund be usable for contract trading.
3.2 Trading Logic
- Sufficient real principal will be consumed prior to trial fund.
- When principal balance runs short, trial fund covers trading fees, negative funding fees and realized losses (including realized losses from forced liquidation per system settlement).
- Realized profit & positive funding fees go to real principal. Consumed trial fund will not be restored.
- Trial fund does not cover force‑liquidation penalty, delivery fee and other extra charges if incurred.
3.3 Exclusive Benefit Mode
- Only one active trial fund at a time; second trial fund cannot be activated.
- Active bonus fund blocks trial fund activation (mutually exclusive).
- New coupon showing “Temporarily Unavailable” will pop hints upon activation. Tap “Learn More” for root cause.
3.4 Common Causes for Claim Failure
- Coupon stock exhausted or claim quota reached
- Claim window not opened / already closed
- System‑distributed coupon without manual claim entry
- Requirement to exhaust existing contract coupons first
- Contract account balance fails coupon claim requirement (if applicable)
3.5 Common Causes for Activation Failure
- Another active trial fund exists
- Active contract bonus fund exists (mutually exclusive)
- Threshold requirement not satisfied
- Coupon expired or invalid status
3.6 Expiry & Fund Transfer
Expiry
‑ If open positions / pending orders remain: Trial fund redemption is deferred. No auto‑order‑cancel or forced liquidation triggered by expiry.
‑ Users are recommended to settle positions & pending orders before expiry.
‑ Residual trial fund will be auto‑redeemed only after all positions and pending orders are closed/cancelled.
Transfer out from contract account
‑ Transfer is blocked if open positions / pending orders exist. Cancel orders / close positions first.
‑ Under valid conditions: System redeems remaining trial fund first, then transfers real principal.
3.7 Query Entries
‑ After activation: Check trial fund / coupon balance inside contract account (label may vary by version).
‑ Coupon History: View consumption, deduction and redemption logs. Entry inside Available Coupons tab (subject to UI text).
‑ Position list does not split principal occupation vs trial‑fund occupation.

5. FAQ
Q1: Why no balance after claiming coupon?
Claim only stores coupon in your coupon wallet. You must complete activation to credit fund to contract account.
Q2: Activation error “Insufficient Base Available”?
Check base‑available value on activation page. Deposit funds or reduce margin occupation until Base Available ≥ coupon threshold then retry activation.
Q3: Coupon shows Temporarily Unavailable with short hint only?
Mostly caused by ongoing active trial / bonus fund or unmet threshold. Tap Learn More to read full cause.
Q4: Can two trial funds be activated simultaneously?
No. Only one trial fund can be active at one moment.
Q5: Can trial fund and bonus fund work concurrently?
No, they are mutually exclusive. Activate another benefit only after current one ends.
Q6: Will trial‑fund expiry trigger forced liquidation?
No. Open positions and pending orders will stay intact. Redemption is deferred until all orders & positions are settled.
Q7: Cannot transfer funds out of contract account?
Transfer is blocked with open positions / pending orders. Settle orders and positions first. System redeems residual trial fund before transferring real principal.
Q8: Will profit restore consumed trial fund balance?
No. Profit and positive funding fees go to real principal. Consumed trial fund cannot be recovered.
Q9: Are trading fees always covered by trial fund?
No. Real principal pays fees first. Trial fund only covers shortfall. Refer to coupon history for exact logs.
Q10: What happens to trial fund upon forced liquidation?
Realized losses from forced liquidation will consume trial fund per system settlement. Redemption status is shown in coupon history. Do not self‑calculate manually.
Q11: Are entries identical across App / H5 / Web?
Core workflow is identical. Web additionally supports Reward Hub entry. App & H5 mainly use trading‑page pop‑ups or operator‑delivered coupons.

All terms subject to live OBEX App / Web interface and current‑campaign rules.
