Dear OneBullEx Users,
To further optimize our platform features and service experience, OneBullEx will adjust certain features within the Rewards Hub and officially discontinue the Point Tasks section at 10:00 on October 15, 2026 (UTC).
Once Point Tasks is discontinued, point displays, point-related tasks, and other associated features within this section will no longer be available. Users will no longer be able to view or use point-related features through the original page.
Meanwhile, the Points Week Event, originally scheduled to run from October 12 to October 18, 2026, will be canceled. Points related to this event will not be calculated or included in the event rankings or reward settlement.
For users who use their points to participate in the Spin the Wheel event before Point Tasks is discontinued, their participation records and rewards will not be affected. Eligible rewards will continue to be distributed in accordance with the original event rules.
For existing points accumulated in users’ accounts before Point Tasks is discontinued, OneBullEx will develop a follow-up redemption plan based on the applicable circumstances. Details regarding the redemption method, rules, eligibility, and availability period will be announced separately through an official OneBullEx announcement.
OneBullEx is currently preparing a comprehensive upgrade to the Rewards Hub. Once the upgrade is complete, users will have access to a broader range of benefits and more diverse interactive experiences. Stay tuned.
