Dear OneBullEx Users,
To further strengthen the risk management framework for Spartans Strategy Bots, standardize the procedures for handling significant losses or abnormal situations, and safeguard users' legitimate rights and interests, OneBullEx hereby provides a unified explanation of the automatic suspension, asset liquidation, and delisting mechanisms for Spartans Strategy Bots.
The details are as follows:
I. Automatic Suspension Triggers
The platform's system will automatically trigger the suspension mechanism when a Spartans Strategy Bot simultaneously meets all of the following conditions:
| Risk Assessment Metric | Trigger Threshold |
|---|---|
| NAV per Share | < 0.001 |
| Assets Under Management (AUM) | < 100 USDT |
Both conditions must be met simultaneously for the system to automatically trigger suspension.
In addition to automatic system triggers, the platform reserves the right to proactively suspend a bot if any of the following circumstances occur:
- Abnormal Trading Activities: Involvement in volume manipulation, wash trading, transactions between related accounts, price manipulation, or other abnormal trading activities.
- Violations of Platform Rules: Violation of the platform's trading rules, User Agreement, or Strategy Partner Agreement, or unauthorized changes to the declared strategy type or risk category.
- Prolonged Failure to Process Redemption Requests: Insufficient funds in the strategy account for an extended period, resulting in user redemption requests remaining unprocessed for more than three business days, with no improvement after notification from the platform.
- Strategy Partner Unreachable: The strategy partner cannot be contacted for seven consecutive days, while the bot is experiencing a significant drawdown or an accumulation of pending redemption requests.
- Major Risk Events: Significant abnormal losses incurred by the bot, system or account security issues, or other circumstances that may seriously compromise users' interests.
II. Bot Suspension Procedures
Once a bot meets the suspension criteria, the platform will take the following measures:
- Suspend Bot Services: The bot's status will be changed to "Suspended" and it will enter the risk management process. An assessment will be completed and users will be notified within one business day after suspension.
- Disable New Subscriptions: The new subscription function will be disabled, preventing both new and existing users from adding further subscription funds.
- Adjust Display Status: The bot will be removed from the public Spartan bot listing but will remain searchable during the suspension period.
- Maintain Users' Redemption Rights: Existing subscribers may continue to submit redemption requests, which will be processed in accordance with the platform's redemption rules.
- Refund Pending Subscription Funds: Funds associated with subscription requests that remain in the queue and for which share allocation has not yet been completed will be refunded.
Once liquidation is confirmed, the liquidation and delisting procedures will be completed within one day. Redemption requests submitted during the suspension period will be processed based on the NAV at the time of redemption. Once the bot enters the liquidation stage, all redemption requests will be frozen and settled together based on the final liquidation results.
III. Bot Asset Liquidation Procedures
For bots confirmed to require termination, the platform will initiate the liquidation process and handle the remaining assets and users' interests in accordance with the applicable rules.
The liquidation process mainly includes:
- Position Management: Based on the actual positions and applicable risk control requirements, the strategy partner must close the positions within the prescribed time limit. If the strategy partner fails to do so, the platform will assist in closing the positions in accordance with its risk control rules.
- Asset Reconciliation: Verify the bot's remaining assets and liabilities, as well as each user's actual entitlement.
- Fund Settlement: Settle and distribute the remaining assets available to users in accordance with the final liquidation results.
- Redemption Processing: Process all outstanding redemption requests collectively to facilitate the settlement and return of the remaining funds.
The final settlement amount received by each user will be determined based on the actual remaining assets and the final liquidation results.
If the strategy has incurred significant losses, users may suffer partial or total loss of their invested principal. The platform does not guarantee the return of invested principal or any investment gains.
The time required for liquidation may vary depending on market liquidity, existing positions, and the progress of fund settlement. The actual processing timeline will prevail.
IV. Bot Delisting Procedures
After the necessary liquidation and fund processing procedures have been completed, the platform will formally delist the bot in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Following delisting:
- The bot will cease offering strategy subscription services.
- The bot will no longer be displayed in the public Spartan bot listing.
- The bot will no longer accept new subscription requests.
- In principle, bots suspended due to major risk events and subsequently entering the liquidation process will follow the sequence of Suspension → Liquidation → Delisting.
V. User Protection and Risk Disclosure
OneBullEx is committed to establishing a transparent and standardized strategy risk management framework and taking necessary measures when abnormal situations arise to reduce the likelihood of further risk escalation.
Users are advised to fully understand the following:
- Risk Management Measures Do Not Guarantee Principal Protection. Suspension, liquidation, and delisting are risk management measures and cannot reverse trading losses that have already occurred.
- Fund Settlement Is Based on Actual Remaining Equity. Funds from completed subscriptions will be settled based on the actual remaining equity following liquidation, rather than the original subscription amount.
- Pending and Completed Subscriptions Are Handled Separately. Pending subscription funds for which strategy shares have not yet been allocated will be refunded in accordance with the refund rules for incomplete subscriptions. Users who already hold strategy shares will receive settlement based on their actual remaining equity.
- The platform's Risk Control team will notify existing subscribers via in-platform messages when a bot is suspended, enters the liquidation process, and completes delisting.
VI. Important Information for Strategy Partners
- After a bot is suspended, the platform will notify the strategy partner through the designated communication group or an in-platform message.
- Strategy partners may provide additional funds and apply to resume operations within 48 hours. If no application is submitted within this period or the application is not approved, the bot will proceed to liquidation.
- No additional profit sharing will be generated during the liquidation period. Any strategy that has been delisted must undergo a new review process before it can be listed again.
VII. Supplementary Provisions
- This policy takes effect on November 4, 2026.
- Bots that were already suspended or undergoing liquidation before the effective date will continue to be handled in accordance with this policy.
- The platform reserves the right to amend this policy based on business developments and risk management requirements. Any significant changes will be announced in advance.
Trading digital assets and leveraged strategies involves substantial risks. Users are advised to carefully review a strategy's historical performance, maximum drawdown, risk level, and relevant trading rules before subscribing, and to make investment decisions prudently based on their individual risk tolerance.
OneBullEx will continue to improve Spartan's risk management and abnormal event handling mechanisms, enhance the transparency and standardization of platform services, and safeguard users' legitimate rights and interests.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
