1. Who Can Refer

Who: anyone with a registered OneBullEx account who accepts theSpartan Strategy Ambassador Program Agreement. OneBullEx employees, their related parties, and the strategy partner itself cannot refer.
How: register the strategy partner through the referral form before they contact us. We confirm the registration time.
Attribution: First registration takes precedence for each strategy provider.
Period: November 1 – December 31, 2026. The period may be adjusted based on business needs, with further notice to be provided.

2. Reward 1: Strategy Referral Bounty (up to 3,300 USDT + 1.5% of new AUM)

For each high-quality strategy partner you refer, you can earn a cash quality bonus of up to 3,300 USDT plus an AUM bonus of 1.5% of new subscription AUM. Rewards are assessed within 90 days of go-live. The strategy partner must go live before December 31, 2026.

2.1 Strategy Tier

If the strategy partner runs several bots, we look at the one with the largest subscription AUM.

2.2 Quality Bonus

At each checkpoint you get only the highest tier you qualify for: Standard, High-quality or Premium. The three tiers do not stack.
Each checkpoint is assessed on its own, and rewards from all checkpoints add up, subject to eligibility and risk review.
The maximum quality bonus is 3,300 USDT, for meeting Premium at all three checkpoints.

At each checkpoint you get only the highest tier reached; tiers do not stack.

2.3 AUM Bonus: 1.5% of new subscription AUM (requires at least High-quality)

New AUM: net new subscriptions (subscriptions minus redemptions), above the previous high. Each new amount is averaged over its first 30 days, so money that leaves early counts less.
Not counted: the strategy partner's own capital, platform funds, trial funds, and switching between Spartans strategies.
Period: settled monthly for the first 90 days after go-live.
Example: Month 1, new AUM 30,000 → 450 USDT. Month 2, AUM rises to 80,000; new AUM above the previous high is 50,000 → 750 USDT. Month 3, AUM drops to 60,000, below the previous high → 0. Total: 1,200 USDT.

2.4 Other rules

Quality bonus and AUM bonus add up.
If the strategy is delisted or the partner leaves, unpaid rewards are cancelled and paid rewards are kept.

3. Reward 2: Profit Share

Platform part: we charge a 10% platform fee on the strategy partner's settled profit share. You get part of that fee based on the strategy's performance that month, settled monthly, for up to 1 year.

Each month is calculated on its own.
Moves up a tier in the month it qualifies; moves down only after two months in a row below its tier.
No settled profit share, no reward that month.
The platform fee is always charged on the full profit share, before any split.

4. Rules

Data: based on OneBullEx backend data, subject to risk review.
Payment: settled monthly, paid on the 15th of the next month to your UID. Taxes are your own responsibility.
No cheating: wash trading, related or split accounts, fake users, and short-term deposits to hit a tier do not count. Unpaid rewards are cancelled; paid rewards are deducted from future rewards.
Independence: you do not represent OneBullEx and must never promise returns or principal protection. Breaking this ends the referral relationship and cancels unpaid rewards.
Termination: rewards already earned are paid after verification; Nothing new is earned afterwards.
Final Discretion: OneBullEx may adjust these rules and make the final call on cases not covered here.
