To further enrich the platform’s trading benefits and help users participate in futures trading more flexibly, OneBullEx has officially launched the Futures Trading Bonus.
The Futures Trading Bonus is a futures trading benefit provided by OneBullEx to eligible users. It may be used as opening margin and, when the real principal is insufficient, may subsequently cover eligible trading fees and losses in accordance with the applicable rules.
Claiming and Activation
- Users may claim the Futures Trading Bonus through the Benefits Center, the card and coupon entry on the Futures Trading page, or distributions made by the platform.
- Successfully claiming the bonus does not mean that it has been credited to the futures account. Users must complete activation before the bonus takes effect and is credited to the available balance of the futures account.
- At the time of activation, the base available balance in the user’s futures account must meet the activation threshold displayed on the card page.
- If the user’s account already has positions or orders, the user may still apply to activate the Futures Trading Bonus. Whether the activation threshold is met is determined by the base available balance. After activation, the bonus will only be added to the available balance of the futures account and will not be directly credited to existing positions.
- The Futures Trading Bonus supports activation of only one card at a time and does not support combined activation of multiple cards.
- When the futures account has a Futures Trading Bonus or Futures Gift Bonus that is being activated, in use, pending recovery, or being recovered, the user may not activate another Futures Trading Bonus or Futures Gift Bonus. The user must wait until the original benefit batch ends before activating a new one.
How to Use
- The Futures Trading Bonus may be used as opening margin but cannot be withdrawn or transferred directly.
- The Futures Trading Bonus uses the following mechanism: “real principal first, bonus used subsequently to cover the remainder.” When the real principal is insufficient, the system will cover eligible trading expenses using the remaining bonus.
-
The Futures Trading Bonus may be used for the following trading expenses:
- Opening and closing fees;
- Negative funding fees;
- Realized closing losses.
- Fees are deducted in the following order: real principal → Futures Trading Bonus.
- Negative funding fees and realized closing losses are deducted in the following order: real principal → Futures Trading Bonus.
- The Futures Trading Bonus does not apply to liquidation penalties, delivery fees, or other additional fees.
Profit and Rebate Instructions
- Profits and positive funding fees generated through trading with the Futures Trading Bonus will be credited to the user’s real principal.
- Trading profits and positive funding fees will not restore any amount of the Futures Trading Bonus that has already been used.
- The portion of fees covered by the Futures Trading Bonus is not included in rebate calculations. Fees paid with real principal will continue to be handled in accordance with the platform’s current rebate rules.
Validity Period
-
The Futures Trading Bonus includes the following two validity periods:
- Card claiming period;
- Funds validity period after activation.
- The specific claiming period and funds validity period are subject to the information displayed on the card page. Users should claim, activate, and use the Futures Trading Bonus promptly within the validity period.
- When the Futures Trading Bonus has been used in full, the corresponding benefit will automatically end.
Expiration Recovery Rules
- When the funds validity period of the Futures Trading Bonus expires, if there are no unfilled opening orders or positions in the futures account, the system will automatically recover the remaining bonus and the corresponding benefit will end.
- When the funds validity period expires, if there are still unfilled opening orders or positions in the futures account, the remaining bonus will enter a pending recovery status.
- After entering pending recovery status, the platform will not automatically cancel orders or forcibly close positions. Users may continue to manage their current orders and positions independently.
- After the user cancels all unfilled opening orders and closes all positions, the system will automatically recover the remaining bonus.
Futures Account Transfer-Out Rules
- The Futures Trading Bonus is not a transferable asset.
- When there are unfilled opening orders or positions in the futures account, the user cannot temporarily confirm a fund transfer and must first cancel the relevant orders and close the positions.
- When there are no unfilled opening orders or positions in the account, the system will first recover the remaining Futures Trading Bonus and then transfer the real principal according to the transfer amount entered by the user.
Liquidation and System Recovery
- If the user triggers liquidation, auto-deleveraging (ADL), or another settlement process, the relevant funds will be handled in accordance with OneBullEx’s futures settlement rules.
- The amount of the Futures Trading Bonus involved in the settlement process will be deemed recovered by the system when it enters the insurance fund account.
- System recovery resulting from liquidation is not equivalent to ordinary expiration recovery and is not affected by whether the account still has other orders or positions.
Viewing Bonus Records
- After the Futures Trading Bonus is successfully activated, users can view the bonus balance in the futures account. The actual balance is subject to the information displayed in the App/Web interface.
- Users can view the receipt, usage, and recovery records of the Futures Trading Bonus through “Card Transaction History.”
- The user interface does not display details of the principal and bonus used for individual orders or positions by default. The specific settlement results are subject to OneBullEx system records.
Other Instructions
- The Futures Trading Bonus and Futures Gift Bonus are two different trading benefits, with different applicable rules and deduction methods.
- The denomination, activation threshold, claiming period, funds validity period, and applicable conditions of the Futures Trading Bonus are subject to the information displayed on the card page.
- If the card page or relevant campaign rules contain special provisions that differ from these rules, the corresponding page and campaign rules will prevail.
- OneBullEx reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign and the Futures Trading Bonus rules.
