Announcement Regarding the Sparta Platform Usage Fee for Strategy Providers

Dear Sparta Strategy Providers,

Since the launch of Sparta, the platform has remained in a promotional support phase over the past several months. During this period, no platform usage fees have been charged to strategy providers, with the aim of supporting their early-stage development, reducing operating costs, and fostering the growth of the ecosystem. We sincerely thank all strategy providers for their contributions to and support of the Sparta ecosystem during this promotional period.

As Sparta and its related service infrastructure continue to mature, OneBullEx will officially implement the Sparta Platform Usage Fee Policy for strategy providers effective September 1, 2026. This measure will enable us to continuously enhance the platform’s technical capabilities, system stability, risk management safeguards, and quality of service for strategy providers.

1. Effective Date

• Promotional fee-free period: Through August 31, 2026
• Official fee commencement date: September 1, 2026
• No platform usage fee will be charged on any profit share generated on or before August 31, 2026, and no retroactive deductions will be made.

2. Fee Schedule

• Applicable parties: Sparta strategy providers
• Fee basis: The total profit share payable to a strategy provider during each settlement cycle
• Fee rate: 10% of the total profit share payable
• Calculation:

Platform Usage Fee = Total Profit Share Payable to the Strategy Provider × 10%

Actual Profit Share Received = Total Profit Share Payable − Platform Usage Fee

For example, if a strategy provider is entitled to a total profit share of 1,000 USDT for a settlement cycle, the platform usage fee will be 100 USDT, and the actual profit share received will be 900 USDT.

This fee will be deducted only from the profit share payable to the strategy provider. It will not be calculated based on assets under strategy management, subscription principal, or trading volume. If no distributable profit share is generated during a settlement cycle, no platform usage fee will be charged.

3. Use of Fees

Platform usage fees will primarily be used for:

• The daily operation, technical maintenance, and functional upgrades of the Sparta system;
• Continuous optimization of the strategy execution environment, data services, and profit-sharing settlement system;
• Risk monitoring, security protection, and the handling of exceptional issues;
• Improving the overall service experience for strategy providers and subscribers;
• Supporting the long-term development and stable growth of the Sparta ecosystem.

4. Additional Information

• Platform usage fees will be calculated in accordance with the above policy for profit shares generated on or after September 1, 2026;
• The platform usage fee will be calculated and deducted at the time of profit-share settlement;
• The specific platform usage fee and the actual amount received will be subject to the settlement records in the platform system;
• This fee will not affect subscribers’ principal or the normal subscription process, nor will subscribers be charged any additional fee in connection with this policy.
