300 SPARTANS System Upgrade Notice

Dear Users,

To further improve the stability, scalability, and overall trading experience of the 300 SPARTANS system, and to support the integration of more AI strategies and product capabilities in the future, OneBullEx will officially begin a system upgrade for 300 SPARTANS.

The upgrade will be carried out in phases. The schedule and impact are as follows:

1. Upgrade period: May 18, 2026, 02:00 — May 18, 2026, 06:00（UTC）.
2. During the system upgrade, users will be temporarily unable to view the 300 SPARTANS strategy operation pages. The platform will complete system upgrades, data migration, and related feature optimizations during this period.
3. After the upgrade is completed, the 300 SPARTANS page and related features will be reopened. The upgraded 300 SPARTANS system will prioritize the launch of new AI strategies and related features, allowing users to experience the enhanced system capabilities and trading experience first.
4. Starting from May 19, 2026, 06:00（UTC）, historical strategies will be restored in batches and relaunched after testing and operation verification are completed. The platform will prioritize the recovery of core 300 SPARTANS Bots and key strategies.

During the upgrade, users’ position shares in 300 SPARTANS will not be affected. They will be automatically displayed again after the system upgrade and migration are completed.

During the system maintenance period, users will be temporarily unable to subscribe to or redeem strategies. Asset transfers and withdrawal functions will remain available at all times, and users may continue to make withdrawals as usual. Please rest assured that your assets remain secure.

The platform will also prioritize the integrity of users’ asset data, historical trading records, ROI / PnL, and other related data, ensuring that all data will be fully restored on the 300 SPARTANS product page.

This 300 SPARTANS system upgrade will further strengthen system stability, AI strategy scalability, strategy execution efficiency, multi-strategy concurrency, and future support for the AI Trading Ecosystem. OneBullEx will continue to launch more new AI strategies and smart trading capabilities going forward.
